2. Trial period
Access may include a short trial period upon request. Continued use after the trial may require an active subscription arrangement.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, the accuracy of information you upload, and how your team uses the workspace. Please use the service lawfully.
4. Nature of the product
Vatls provides organization and workflow support, including optional AI suggestions. Outputs are informational. Vatls is not a substitute for review by a qualified professional when your situation requires it. You remain responsible for decisions you make.
5. Intellectual property
Vatls software and branding belong to the operator of vatls.com. Materials you upload remain yours.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
